This painting is of a special place. It is your sanctuary for you to visit any time you want. With the brush in your hand you begin to paint. You are creating exactly what you want to create. You are expressing you pure inner joy. Each brushstroke is slow and relaxing. Your shoulders are loosening up. The more you paint, the clearer your mind is. Deep in your bones, you feel yourself letting go of all worries. You simply let them disappear. The painting is nearly finished. You are so pleased with what you have created. It is perfect.
